Being on the road and trying to get a good workout in can be tricky, especially when you don’t have access to any equipment or a gym. Over the next 4 weeks I’ll share some fun travel wods you can keep in your back pocket.
This first one is a great one if you prefer to stay indoors.
Workout:
10 rounds:
- 20 seconds of Mountain Climbers
- 20 seconds of air squats
- 20 seconds of rest

Equipment Needed: None!
Modification Options: Feel free to swap in any 2 movements for this one. Just about anything works! Push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, lunges just to name a few!
