Strawberry Poppyseed Salad

Strawberry Poppyseed Salad

Ingredients
  

  • For the salad
  • 8 ounces spinach
  • 10 ounces strawberries
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans chopped (Trader Joes)
  • 1/2 small onion sliced (50g)
  • 3 ounces fat free feta cheese Trader Joe’s
  • For the dressing
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons EVOO
  • 1 &1/2 tablespoons poppyseeds
  • 1 & 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss your salad ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  • Mix all your dressing ingredients well and drizzle over the salad when ready to eat.
  • Enjoy!

    Is this calling for 1/4 CUP of balsamic? There’s no actual unit of measurement provided.
